The Jones Company to build 10th Habitat for Humanity Home

Each year since 2003, The Jones Company has had the pleasure of partnering with Habitat for Humanity of Williamson County to build a home for a local, hard-working family. This year marks the ten year anniversary and also the 10th home built in conjunction with Crye-Leike Realty.

Beginning in 2006, The Jones Company’s architectural design team redesigned the exteriors of the Habitat homes, to keep the historical styles of existing Williamson County homes. These award-winning designs have added character to streetscapes of Franklin and surrounding area Habitat neighborhoods.

“For the last 10 years, the Jones Company has worked with Habitat for Humanity of Williamson County to provide local hardworking families with our philosophy of a hand up, not a handout, through our zero-interest mortgage and homeownership program,” said Becket Moore, Executive Director of Habitat for Humanity of Williamson County. “From the donation of their architectural services though redesigning our home plans to sponsoring a whole home each year, the Jones Company has been making a real and measureable difference in the lives of local families. We here at Habitat, and all those we serve, are truly blessed by their on-going partnership.”

The Jones Company employees have always played a big part with the construction of these homes. Volunteers line up to help, not only from the Construction field, but also from the Office and Sales Team. It brings such joy to know that you play a special role in contributing to the happiness that a Habitat home will bring to a deserving family. It’s hard work but well worth it!
